I am so pleased to finally be writing to you to share our exciting news about our brand new Spa Lodge. Please find attached our letter, with brochure and pricelist for all our treatments and services.

We have taken every precaution possible to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, during this very uncertain time. Due to Covid 19, spa protocols have drastically changed. So, to reassure you as to what a typical visit to the spa will go like, here’s the down low.
Upon booking, we will send you an email with your client consultation form we will need you to fill this in and return to us prior to your appointment. When you visit the spa, there will be a hand sanitising station just outside the front door, please use this before entering the lodge. A member of the spa team will greet you wearing a mask, you will need one too! Don’t worry if you don’t have one, we have disposable masks available free of charge and also have a selection of individually packaged reusable masks available to purchase. Upon arrival, we will check your temperature and if it’s above 38C, we will have to rearrange your appointment for another time.
During treatments we will wear disposable aprons, masks and/or visors. You will only be required to wear your mask whilst having a treatment that physically allows you to wear one, for example nails/waxing/tinting/paying for your treatments. After each client, the treatment area will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ready for our next client and at the end of each day the Spa Lodge will be deep cleaned.
